These are prayers that you can add to your spiritual practice, and that support the maintenance of your energy body. These prayers are best said in the morning before you start your day. You can begin by praying to Archangel Michael and/or Jesus to protect you and your loved ones.
Here is a prayer I learned from Matt Kahn (spiritual teacher) to say each morning to call on the light of Source: In the evening, say a prayer of thanks that the Light of Source worked through you. All the instructions can be found in this video.
- “I call upon the Light of Source to work through me, bringing to life my most fulfilling reality for the well being of all that I am now. And so it is!”
You can surrender your day to your Guardian Angels, which allows them to assist you fully. Here is an example prayer from Radleigh Valentine:
- “Dearest Angels of Heaven, thank you for being with me in all ways, in all things and in all directions of time. Let there be no limit to the ways in which you can assist me today.”

You can then ask Archangel Michael to place a pillar of light upon you, and disconnect you from the collective consciousness. This frees you from having to process emotions from the collective.
- “Dearest Archangel Michael of Heaven, thank you for surrounding me in a pillar of light from Heaven down to the crystalline core of Mother Earth. Thank you for disconnecting me from the collective consciousness. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
You can then pray to Archangel Raphael to heal to areas where cords were cut.
- Thank you dearest Archangel Raphael of Heaven for healing areas where cords were cut. Thank you for your loving assistance with all that is needed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
- “Thank you, Metatron of Heaven, for allowing your rays of light to balance and strengthen my chakras. I feel so alive and aligned, knowing my spiritual energy is in balance. And so it is!’
- ‘Dear Metatron of Heaven, thank you for cleansing my energy centres with your crystalline ray. I know now that they have shifted, correcting any blocks or leaks, and that they are moving into a natural flow and balance. And so it is!’
- Dearest Archangels Michael and Metatron of Heaven, thank you for opening, clearing, repairing and strengthening my connection to God and the Heavenly Realms.
There is a meditation to merge with your I Am Presence that Archangel Michael suggests can be done each morning and each evening. Your I Am Presence is the part of you that is always one with the Creator and is your God-self. Merging with the I Am Presence is important in establishing God unity and supports your ascension.
Evening Prayers
You can invite Angels into your dreams at night to communicate specific messages and offer encouragement and healing.
- “Dearest [insert the name of the Celestial being(s) of your choice], I invite you into my dreams as my teacher, guide and healer. Thank you for entering my dreams and replacing fear with faith and trust. Let me be filled with courage, confidence and strength.”
If you are praying to Archangel Raphael (the Angel of Healing) you can ask him to place an emerald blanket of healing light upon you as you rest.
