
Each person has Guardian Angels that surround them. Supporting you is their mission, guiding you to the people, places and things that are important to your spiritual development. In order to assist you fully, you have to ask for their assistance and surrender your day to them (as they respect free will). You can also work with Marielle from Flowing With Angels to receive detailed guidance and an image of your Guardian Angel. There are many guided meditations on Youtube which support you in meeting your Guardian Angel.

The Archangels are powerful Angels that are able to serve countless people simultaneously. They have specialties based on their unique talents, interests and abilities. They would like to assist us in every aspect of our lives, like our Guardian Angels. You can learn more about them from the book Angel Prayers by Kyle Gray. There is also much information and messages from them from the Flowing With Angels website. Youtube also has numerous guided meditations which you can strengthen your connection to the Archangels.

Ascended Masters – the Ascended Masters are a group of enlightened beings that once walked upon the Earth like ourselves. They ascended and became one with the Universe and are unlimited beings (like the Archangels), able to respond to the prayers of countless people simultaneously. They offer teachings and specialized services based on their strengths and interests.
They host retreats throughout the world where unascended souls can go for instruction, guidance and upgrades.
The book, Divine Masters, Ancient Wisdom by Kyle Gray is a good introduction to the Ascended Masters. Another great resource to learn about them is the Youtube channel Ascended Masters 101.

The Body Elemental – This companion is said to be roughly three feet tall and resembles us in appearance. The Body Elemental ensures the optimal functioning of our physical body and holds the image of you in perfect health. It is very important that we thank our Body Elemental daily for the work they do, directing our systems and supporting our organs. Personal Dragon – Dragons are elemental beings composed of air, water, earth and/or fire. According to Diana Cooper’s book, Dragons: “Your dragon was allocated to look after and protect you and to be your companion and guide. It works in a very similar way to your guardian angel, though they are on different wavelengths and are able to help you in different ways. It evolves and develops with you. So, the greatest gift you can offer to your companion dragon as well as your guardian angel is to develop spiritually.”
You can say a prayer to your dragon for protection from lower energies. Here’s an example: “Dearest dragon of Heaven, thank you for coming with me wherever I go and protecting me from lower energies. Thank you for your wisdom, guidance and love. Thank you for assisting me with all that is needed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”

Personal Unicorn – Unicorns are angelic beings of light who are said to be “the purest of the pure”. Here is an excerpt from Diana Cooper’s book, The Magic of Unicorns: “Your unicorn watches over your energy, and when you have pure intentions or a vision to help others, it immediately approaches you. As soon as your light becomes bright enough, it is with you, inspiring and illuminating you and pouring blessings over you. It works with you at a soul level, helping you fulfil your life purpose and bringing you joy and delight. If you are becoming dispirited, it will pour light over you or touch and activate your chakras in order to encourage you, and will empower and support your journey.” This guided meditation with Diane Cooper on Youtube is an excellent way to consciously connect with your personal Unicorn.

Spirit Guides – in the spirit realm, we have senior and junior spirit guides who assist us in the careful planning of our lifetimes on Earth. It is common to have shared past lives with your spirit guides. You can look for a clear channel to help receive information from them. You can also do a life between lives session with a certified facilitator, to remember your spirit guide and learn more about them.
The book, Journey of Souls by Dr. Michael Newton is an excellent resource to help you remember the vital role that your Spirit Guides play.

Animal Totems – From Angel Prayers by Kyle Gray: “Many of us have an animal guide or guides who bring us support and messages. If you, like me, have that close bond with animals, work with [Archangel] Ariel, as she will open the doorway to the animal kingdom for you and help you to connect to your animal guide. Visualization to Connect With Your Animal Guides
Take a few slow deep breaths, breathing out a lot more than you breathe in. Imagine yourself being enveloped in a golden light from head to toe. Feel angels of light surrounding you. Then say: ‘Thank you, Archangel Ariel of Heaven and animal guides, for coming close to me and for reminding me of your presence today! I am ready to connect to you!’
Close your eyes and go on an inner journey to a favourite place such as a beach, forest or castle. When you arrive, your animal guide will be waiting for you, along with your vision of Ariel. Ask your guide questions, thank it for showing you the way and connect with its essence. It will have so much to offer you.
When you feel you have received the answers to your questions and have interacted with your animal guide, thank them for being with you and for serving their purpose. Retrace your steps one by one until you find yourself comfortably back in the physical world. Wriggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes! It’s always great to have some water and something sweet to ground yourself after meditation work.
